In only a few months of taking his class I have had great results. Mr. Bugg stresses fundamentals and precision. I have taken many different forms of martial arts and he is one of the best instructors I have encountered. He teaches the class so that all participants feel included. It would be hard to take a class from him and not leave without learning something. I find the class challenging but encouraging. I have not been excited about martial arts in a long time. After several years of non-training in the martial arts, I decided it was time to get back into the swing of things. I researched several schools in the Houston area, but after talking to Mr. Bugg on the phone regarding his class, I felt this was the way to go.
