- jab / cross
- jab / cross / hook
- front snapping ball kick
- front round house kick

Freestyle Techniques - controlling height & width, maintaining erect posture and good stances

- B1a & B1b (in place)
- B2a & B2b (shuffle)
- B3a & B3b (cross over step out)
- B4a & B4b (cross over step out & step through)
h - heal palm added to the end of all of them as well (all L&R side)
